Sound familiar?

This session is built for small business owners, operations leads, and team managers who are keeping the machine running but feeling the friction.

  • Manual OverloadYou’re copying, pasting, and translating between systems that don’t talk to each other.
  • Fragmented DataWork lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and people’s heads, not in one place.
  • Mystery BottlenecksSomething keeps slowing things down, but you haven’t had time to figure out what.
  • Opportunity CostThe work that actually moves your business forward keeps getting pushed to “when things slow down.”

What we’ll do together

In 60 minutes, we work through one real workflow from your organization. Not a hypothetical or a demo. We look at how work actually moves through your team and find where it breaks down.

01

Map the workflow end-to-end

We walk through how the work actually moves, step by step.

04

Leave with a clear path

You’ll know exactly what to do next and what to ignore for now.

What you’ll receive afterward

  • The key issues and constraints we identified
  • 1-2 recommended improvement opportunities with next steps
  • Clear prioritization: what to tackle first and what to set aside

Frequently asked

Is this a sales call?
No. This is a paid working session. You’ll leave with real findings and a written summary, not a pitch deck. If there’s a larger opportunity that makes sense, we can talk about it after you’ve seen what we found.
What should I bring to the session?
Come with one specific process in mind that is causing friction: something your team does regularly. Examples include new client onboarding, the monthly invoicing cycle, processing standard orders, or managing internal requests. You do not need to prepare anything formal or have it mapped out beforehand. We will build the map together during our call.
Who is this best for?
Small to medium-sized business owners, operations managers, department leads, and anyone accountable for operational work getting done. If you are responsible for keeping things running and feel like you are fighting the same fires every week, this is for you.
Do I need to know anything about automation?
Not at all. You don’t need any technical background. The diagnostic is about understanding your workflow first. The tools and solutions come after that.
What happens after the session?
You’ll receive your written summary within 2 business days. If you want to go deeper after that (implementation, additional workflows, or an ongoing engagement), we can discuss what that looks like. There’s no pressure and no automatic upsell.
